Highlander Community Day!

 

Date: Saturday, August 25, 2018

Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM + 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: Highlander Accelerator – 2112 N. 30th Street, Omaha, NE 68111  

 

Seventy Five North is pleased to invite community members to its grand opening of new facilities + homes in the Highlander neighborhood. The celebration will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018, and will include neighborhood tours, food, youth activities, live music, and fireworks.

The Accelerator open house will kick off at 11am, followed by activities such as bounce house, face painting, food, pick-up sports, and neighborhood tours. The open house will end at 4pm, and will be followed by Summer Sounds at Highlander at 6pm with a live music performance by R-Syle Band. The celebrations will close at 9pm with spectacular fireworks.

11:30 AM | Yoga on The Venue porch + Neighborhood Tour

12:30 PM | 30-Minute Neighborhood Tour

1:30 PM | 30-Minute Neighborhood Tour

2:30 PM | 30-Minute Neighborhood Tour

4:00 PM – Open House ends

6:00 PM – Summer Sounds at Highlander | Sponsored by Omaha Performing Arts

  • Live Musical Performance by R-Style Band
  • Food Trucks
  • Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, food, and personal drinks

9:00 PM – Fireworks!

 

Parking:

Parking is available in the main lot for The Accelerator. On street parking is available along 30th Street, Patrick Street, JC Wade Blvd, and 31st Street. For additional parking, please use the lot and residential streets east of 30th Street.

Public transportation is available through Metro Transit. The Route 30 bus runs directly through Highlander every day.

A bicycle valet service will be offered from ModeShift Omaha.
